The city of Wuppertal and the welfare services will be holding a specialist event in fall 2026 entitled "Future Conference on Care 2036 in Wuppertal". In order to make your experiences, questions and perspectives on the topic of care visible, we cordially invite you to take part in our survey from May 8 to June 7.
Your opinions will help us to evaluate existing services, identify gaps in care and further develop care in Wuppertal in a future-oriented manner. The results will be evaluated, incorporated into the specialist event and then published in an easy-to-understand format.

Do you feel the same way? Do you like to put off thinking about your own ageing and the topic of care? But the thoughts keep popping up? Others of you are already very preoccupied with your own care situation and/or that of relatives.
In Wuppertal, the social welfare office and representatives of the welfare services have addressed these questions and will be holding a specialist event entitled "Future Conference on Care 2036 in Wuppertal" in the fall of 2026. In order to incorporate your experiences and thoughts as citizens into the event, we are inviting you to take part in a survey around the Day of Care on May 12. Because most of you will encounter the topic of care in the future! Thank you very much already!
Surveying you, the citizens of Wuppertal, is particularly important to us, as we also want to consider your care issues, concerns, experiences and needs on the day of our specialist event and let you have your say by means of the survey. What moves you? What obstacles have you experienced so far and what do you think Wuppertal stakeholders need to consider when planning the future of the care segment?
Your participation is very important to us because it helps us to assess the current landscape of services, identify gaps in care and plan for the future in line with demand.
You will help us a great deal if you take part in our survey in the period from 08.05.2026 to 07.06.2026. This will enable all those involved in the care sector and the city administration to gain valuable insights into your needs, wishes and suggestions on the topic of care and nursing in the future in Wuppertal and incorporate them into concrete planning accordingly.
Your responses will be evaluated and incorporated into the "Future Conference on Care 2036 in Wuppertal" event as a key topic. In particular, the most important feedback will be made available to the thematic tables at the event so that your perspectives can enrich the experts' deliberations.
Through targeted public relations work, we will process both the results of the survey and the results of the future conference in a comprehensible form and publish them on this project page and in the media.
