Youth Budget: Invitation to an Ideas Workshop

77 ideas were submitted online during the first phase of the Barmen Youth Budget. What an achievement! The many proposals show that young people have clear visions for Wuppertal’s future.

What happens next?

The administration is reviewing the submitted ideas to assess their feasibility within the available budget. The results of this process will be presented at an ideas workshop on July 3 at the Barmen Comprehensive School. The main purpose of the event is to give you the opportunity to further develop and refine your ideas. City staff will be on site to help you refine your ideas and answer any questions. You don’t need to have submitted an idea yourself to participate in the event. All young people are welcome to help develop any of the ideas. So be sure to stop by, spread the word, and bring your friends!
