2. Amendment to Zoning Plan 1094 – Christbusch (Haus Waldfrieden) –

The Urban Planning Department of the City of Wuppertal is informing citizens about the second amendment to Zoning Plan 1094 in accordance with the requirement for early public participation under Section 3(1) of the German Building Code (BauGB).

The Waldfrieden Sculpture Park is to receive an additional building (a library with a seminar room) in the southeastern section along Buschstraße. To establish the necessary building rights, the current zoning plan must first be amended.

From October 26, 2026, through November 27, 2026, the plans, explanatory notes, and the current draft zoning plan will be available on the urban planning portal at www.wuppertal.de/bebauungsplaene .

During this period, residents have the opportunity to obtain comprehensive information about the construction project and to submit their suggestions or questions as part of the process.
