City app: Results report now available!

The city of Wuppertal is currently developing a new city app. This mobile application can be downloaded from the app stores at the end of the year. It is intended to bundle municipal services and offers from the city of Wuppertal and make them digitally accessible. It will give citizens of the city of Wuppertal access to the latest news, advice and official services, for example. The city app is intended to make everyday life easier and promote active participation in city life.

As part of a workshop at the Smart City Forum on 13.11.2025, Wuppertal residents had the opportunity to test the current development status of the new app. During the event, we were able to gather many exciting impressions and experiences regarding the app's range of functions and user-friendliness. The results will be incorporated into the development process of the city app in order to improve the app and design it to meet the needs of the urban community.
