City app: Results report now available

The city of Wuppertal is currently developing a new city app. This mobile application can be downloaded from the app stores from fall 2025. It will bundle municipal services and offers from the city of Wuppertal and make them digitally accessible. For example, it will give citizens of the city of Wuppertal access to the latest news, advice and official services. The city app is intended to make everyday life easier and promote active participation in city life.

Wuppertal residents had the opportunity to test the first version of the new app at a workshop in Barmen Town Hall on July 8 at 6 pm. We were able to gather many exciting impressions and experiences regarding the range of functions and user-friendliness of the app. The results will be incorporated into the development process of the city app in order to improve the app and design it to meet the needs of the urban community.
