Development plan 1258 - Homanndamm / Flieth

For the planning procedure for development plan 1258 - Homanndamm / Flieth - the City of Wuppertal, Building and Housing Department, is conducting an early public participation procedure in accordance with Section 3 (1) of the German Building Code.

The object of the planning is to secure the commercial areas in the area of the streets Homanndamm and Flieth. The development plan is to include stipulations on the type of building use in the sense of a simple development plan.

Citizens will be given the opportunity to inform themselves about the planning and to contribute their suggestions and concerns to the planning.

As the procedure only affects the public to a minor extent, there will be no public discussion in the form of an evening event. Participation will take place in the form of a notice board. For this purpose, the Binding Urban Land Use Planning Department (105.1) has created a poster that discusses the planning law intentions of the development plan procedure.

The information poster on the development plan procedure will be displayed at the following locations from 15.06.2026 to 29.06.2026

• Vohwinkel Citizens' Office, Rubensstraße 4, 43239 Wuppertal, in front of the library
• Barmen town hall, Johannes-Rau-Platz 1, 42275 Wuppertal, in front of the citizens' advice center for construction
