Wuppertal Homeland Prize 2026: It starts in two weeks!

The city of Wuppertal is once again awarding the Heimat Prize this year. The award recognizes special volunteer work that strengthens coexistence in the city, connects people with one another and contributes to open and tolerant coexistence.

The application and nomination phase for the Heimat Prize 2026 begins on May 27 and ends on July 8, 2026. During this period, committed Wuppertal associations, initiatives, organizations and institutions can apply themselves or be nominated by third parties.
