Wuppertal Homeland Prize 2025: Submit proposals now!

The city of Wuppertal will once again be awarding the Heimat Prize in 2025. The prize is awarded to associations, initiatives and organizations that are particularly committed to strengthening social cohesion and open, tolerant coexistence in Wuppertal on a voluntary basis.

The application and proposal phase runs from April 28 to June 10, 2025. Proposals can be submitted via an online form, which is available here(www.wuppertal.de/heimatpreis).

The prize money amounts to a total of 15,000 euros. The Heimat-Preis Wuppertal is endowed with a total of 15,000 euros and is awarded to up to three prizewinners. The selection is made by an independent, broad-based jury.

The prize is awarded as part of the NRW state's promotion of local history.
